The tutoring program focuses on all the essential topics covered in the Illinois Real Estate Broker Licensing Exam. I cover both National Topics and Illinois specific law. I provide personalized guidance to help you understand complex concepts and prepare effectively.
These tutoring sessions are tailored to your learning style and pace. We believe in creating a supportive and interactive learning environment to enhance your understanding of real estate principles and laws.

During the introductory call your needs and wants are discussed to determine what topic(s) we will go over during your one hour session(s). You can choose a Specific Topic(s) (some topics can be combined in one session, others cannot), Exam Preparation (suggested 2 hours) or Math only.
Sessions are held in 50 minute increments.
All sessions are held via Zoom.
Yes - You must either be currently enrolled in a Pre-License class or have recently completed one.
No - These sessions are additional study aides, you will still need to complete the required 75-hour pre-license course though an accredited pre-license school.
Generally, one-hour time slots are available between 10:00am and 7:00pm Monday-Friday and 10:00am and 4:00pm on Saturdays.
If you are studying with other students, you can arrange for up 5 of you to book a session(s) together for a reduced cost.
